¶ Known Issue #5: Less information visible on smaller screens
On smaller screens, Securea only shows fewer lines of information vertically.
Users often don’t think to manually “zoom out” to see more content.
Question
Can the display be adjusted to automatically fit the screen size?
Is it possible to set automatic zoom based on screen dimensions?
Temporary workaround
Users can manually zoom out in their browser (e.g., Ctrl + “–” or Cmd + “–” on Mac) to display more lines of information on the screen.

¶ Known Issue #4: HTTP error received while trying to access Securea web
Up until recently, http://app.securea.eu/ was not redirected to https://app.securea.eu/.
Workaround: Use HTTPS, not HTTP

¶ Known Issue #3: Threshold values not visible on smaller screen sizes
Will be fixed in next release.
Workaround: Set different screen size

¶ Known Issue #2: New clause missing form field names
When user is creating new clause for a regulation, every single name of form-field disappears, effectively showing only input-fields to user.
Workaround: user creates a one-letter clause (e.g clause “a”) saves the clause and proceeds to edit said clause, fields are there.
¶ Known Issue #1: Deleting an Active Tenant
Deleting the tenant you are currently connected to may fail and leave some tenant data in the system.
Workaround: Switch to another tenant (or create a temporary one) before deleting.
We are adding safeguards to prevent this scenario and ensure a smooth deletion process in the future.
